The As- built Structure was built on a raft foundation with a wooden pent floor which was remodeled to a concrete floor slab and the expansion of compound area to accommodate security gate house. The Building is finished internally with 3D wall panels, Precast POP suspended ceiling system, HDF furnished kitchen wares and Turkish Security Doors . it’s a Duplex and a semi detached bungalow with only one wing tenanted and completed externally with Stamped Concrete floor (European Fan and York stone pattern), landscaping and two car ports.
